Get a HeadStart on Your Chrisco Order!

What is a HeadStart Plan? A HeadStart Plan is the easiest way to get ahead on your Chrisco order while giving yourself time to decide exactly what you want. You choose how much to pay and how often you’d like to make payments. Then, when you’re ready to place an order, you’ll already have a lump sum set aside—making your future payments smaller and more manageable.

It’s a great option if you want to take full advantage of our 52-week payment plan. Plus, the earlier you order, the smaller your payments will be!

For returning customers, we’ll calculate your payments based on the second-to-last payment from your previous year’s order—unless you tell us a different amount you’d prefer.

How Do I Keep My HeadStart Plan Rolling for the following year? Want to stay ahead for next year too? Just let us know when you set up your plan that you’d like to continue for 2028. Once your 2027 order is fully paid, your 2028 HeadStart Plan will automatically begin. We’ll send you a confirmation of your new payment details so you’ll always be in control. And remember—HeadStart Plan payments are always refundable unless converted into an order.

What Happens If I Don’t Convert My HeadStart Plan Into an Order? If you haven’t placed an order by March 1, Chrisco will place one on your behalf (unless you tell us not to).

• Returning Customers: We’ll choose products similar in value to your last order.
• New Customers: We’ll place an order equal to the total value of your HeadStart Plan payments, which may be based on a minimum order value from a promotional offer you accepted.

You’ll receive an email or letter confirming the order, and at that point, our standard Cancellation Policy will apply.

If you don’t confirm the order, your payments remain fully refundable once the goods are returned to us.

Can I Get a Refund on My Payments? Absolutely! Your HeadStart Plan payments are fully refundable unless you convert them into an order or confirm an order placed on your behalf by Chrisco. Once your HeadStart Plan becomes an order, our standard Cancellation Policy applies.

If you decide not to confirm an order Chrisco places for you, your payments will remain fully refundable—even after delivery—once you return the goods.

How Do I Cancel My HeadStart Plan? Changed your mind? No worries! Just contact our Customer Service Team (see our Contact Us page), and we’ll cancel your HeadStart Plan and refund all payments, subject to our Cancellation and Refund Policies.

Do I Get a Free Gift? Yes! As a little thank-you, Chrisco gives a free gift to any customer who fully pays an order that was converted from a HeadStart Plan. One free gift per customer, per year, will be delivered by mail with our Toy & Gift Catalogue in December.
